With a French background and many years of experience from top restaurants, our kitchen is in very good hands. Maybe you’ve already noticed some changes to the menu. We’ve got great new seasonal dishes like steak tartare, green asparagus and a chocolate crémeux🍴perfect for a glass of wine or two!

L’orange Libre - beautiful macerated Gewurztraminer by Eric Kamm from Alsace ☀️

Eric Kamm is known to be a bit of an anarchist in style and spirit. Doing things his own way, leaning into skin contact and letting the wines speak freely. The result is aromatic, a little wild, with spice, florals and that gentle phenolic grip that makes them feel alive.

This wine is electric, all rose petals, citrus peel and a soft, textured grip. Have it by the glass, a bottle in the sun or take it with you to go!

Sunshine, good wine, and the neighborhood coming back to life ☀️🍷

There’s something magical about the first real stretch of sunshine — suddenly the neighborhood wakes up from its winter hibernation. Doors open, jackets get lighter, and familiar faces reappear as people spill back onto the streets, ready to linger a little longer and soak it all in.

At Rascal, those sunny days mean glasses clinking outside, laughter drifting down the street, and our outdoor seating filling up with friends, neighbors, and passersby who decide to stay for just one more glass.

On Wednesday, April 29, you are all invited for our next tasting in the series “Underrated Wine Regions”. This time, Kristiane will be pouring some of the most exciting new wines coming out of Rheinhessen.

Often overshadowed by nearby Mosel, this is a place with a really interesting mix of soils and an extensive winemaking history. Kristiane did her research and visited a few younger producers adding their stamp on the region last summer.

She’ll be pouring three producers we adore at Rascal:
, .naturel, and sharing their stories with you.

The tasting is from 18-20 and we will serve some light snacks. You can still get a ticket via link in bio❤️‍🔥

We are thrilled to announce another Japanese izakaya pop-up together with the talented chefs .nara, & .murata.37.
This night will be extra special, as the 18th of April marks the first day of the Sakura Festival in Copenhagen.

The boys have created an extra special menu, and we have curated a selection of unique wine pairings & drinks to go with the food.

Louis, our new chef at Rascal, has been busy in the kitchen, testing, tweaking, and putting his own touch on a few new and updated dishes.
We’ve been tasting along the way (tough job), and we’re so happy with the result!
