Wine 101 Kicks Off Next Wednesday!
For our first session - What Actually Is Wine? - we’ll go back to basics of vino whilst tasting plenty of great examples along the way.
Whether you’re just starting to learn more about wine or you’re already an enthusiast, the aim of this tasting is to help you feel more confident when picking out wine and discovering what you actually do (and don’t) like in your wine.
Kristiane will run you through the fundamentals of fermentation - aka how grape juice turns into wine - and break down the differences between white, orange, red, and rosé. We’ll also get a bit nerdy and explore maceration techniques and how different fermentation vessels impact what ends up in your glass. We promise this will all make sense if you join us on Wednesday!
