This October 31st, we're raising hell at BAR BYGUL!

And guess what? We've teamed up with Ametà Bakery and SPRIT & CO | B Corp ™️ to bring you some wicked food and devilishly good spirits for the night! 🍔🥃🔥
Baked goods from AMETA BAKERY:
- Margherita
- Pumpkin cream, pickled onion, and ricotta cheese rosemary
- Mushroom sun-dried tomatoes and mascarpone and peas

🍂 SAME GOLD. NEW SEASON. 🍸✨

The leaves are falling, the days are getting darker, and apparently even our cocktails needed a little wardrobe change.

So we took two of our signature legends, Honey-Gold and Tree-Gold, and gave them a proper autumn makeover. Because why should pumpkin spice get all the attention? 😉

🍯 HONEY-GOLD – The autumn sweetheart

Our golden child got a little wild in the woods. Now featuring rosemary, apple and orange. Fresh, cozy, a little herbal and basically autumn in a glass. Sweater weather? More like cocktail weather.

🌳 TREE-GOLD – The dark & handsome one

Think Old Fashioned, but with a little attitude. We've added sherry and a cheeky touch of chocolate bitters for a richer, deeper, slightly naughty twist.

Smooth, sophisticated and just dangerous enough to make you forget it's only Wednesday.

Two old favourites. Two new personalities. Still golden, just a little more seasonal. 🍁

It’s getting colder, the nights are getting darker… and so are the b**rs on our taps. 😈

We’re loading up on STOUTS & PORTERS — on tap and in bottles — and the selection will keep changing. So get your ass down here and check out what’s pouring NOW, because once it’s gone… it’s GONE! 💥

🎄 The Christmas b**rs are slowly starting to roll in too, but for now we’re giving the spotlight to the dark side. 🖤
Stout? Porter? No idea what the hell the difference is? Come grab a seat at the bar and ask us! We LOVE talking b**r — especially the ones we’re pouring. 🤫🍻

The spooky season is creeping closer, and of course, we’re throwing a Halloween party at Bar Bygul!

Come as you are… or come as something terrifying. 👻
Costumes aren’t required, but if you dare to dress up, you might just walk away with the prize for Best Costume.

From 14:00–16:00, we’ll be carving pumpkins! 🎃 Bring the kids, bring your friends, bring your questionable artistic skills — everyone is welcome. Want to make sure there’s a pumpkin with your name on it? Send us a message and we’ll reserve one for you.

NEW INTRO! 🍸✨

We’ve shaken things up — literally — and changed our cocktail menu. And this little beauty is one of the new arrivals.

Think of it as a cultural experiment in a glass and therefore the name of the cocktail. 🤤
Just like our team, our cocktails come with a mix of nationalities, personalities and a little bit of chaos.

And since our very own Paulina is Polish, it was only right that Poland got its moment. 🇵🇱
And obviously, that means vodka. Really good Polish vodka.

Fresh, light, citrusy and dangerously easy to drink. The kind of cocktail that makes you say, “Okay, just one more…”
And honestly? We support that decision. 😉

Gratulerer med dagen!

A moment of gratitude for this gem of a person ❤️🖤

If you know him, you know he’s a massive music fan since forever and a total beast at concerts. But beneath that rock ‘n’ roll energy, he is genuinely one of the kindest, funniest, smartest, and most supportive souls you’ll ever meet.

He is the absolute management powerhouse here at Bygul, keeping everything running smoothly, but whenever duty calls, he jumps behind the bar and will always recommend the best pilsner!

We just want to say thank you for being the absolute best. The world is truly a better place with you in it.
