New on the menu: Spaghetti-Eis – a German classic and part of every German childhood!
A layer of lightly frozen whipped cream, homemade vanilla ice cream, homemade strawberry sauce made from Danish strawberries, and grated white chocolate on top.

This Thursday, Friday and Saturday, we’ll be opening the
back bar at BOTSCHAFT from 21:00 until 02:00.

The reason is simple: our friend Tuan Anh Nguyen - Barninja (Tuan Anh Nguyen ) - is in Copenhagen, and for the first time in quite a while, he and Jan will be working together again.

The two met years ago and spent an unreasonable amount of time tasting, discussing and disagreeing about wine and cocktails. Between 2017 and 2019, they both worked at Wagners Cocktail Bistro in Berlin. Jan was responsible for the wine and the front of house, while Tuan was behind the bar, developing cocktails.

This week, we’lll be doing it again.

We’ll treat this as a small preview of the back bar before it returns permanently in October. Tuan will be preparing classic cocktails, we’ll be playing records, and we’ll spend a few evenings doing something we’ve been talking about for quite some time.
