BLIND TASTING NIGHT IS BACK🍷
Saturday October 17, we’re doing another round of blind tasting at Laban, this time with Maddy Kostros behind the bottles.

Maddy is a sommelier, w**e importer and former w**emaker from Melbourne, Australia, who has been a big part of shaping Copenhagen’s natural w**e scene over the years.

The rules are simple:
Pick a colour. We pour you a glass blind. Guess the country AND the grape - and your next glass is on us.
No w**e knowledge required. Wild guesses are very welcome.

And because blind tasting is better with a soundtrack, Salt Fat Acid Jazz will be behind the decks spinning vinyl throughout the night 💿

Diego Mendonça aka Mendon .mendonca , born in Buenos Aires, began his journey as a DJ at the age of 14, playing at private parties, bars, and clubs throughout the city. His passion for sound led him to found his own audio company, and later to channel that same dedication into the studio as a music producer. His tracks have been released on respected labels such as Electronic Groove and Deep Down Music.

Driven by a love for purity and minimalism, Diego embraces vinyl as his medium of choice: fewer tools, more intention. His sound blends deep house and dub with hypnotic grooves, subtle layers, and long transitions, crafting sets that evolve organically and resonate deeply with the listener.

Constantly evolving, he aims to move people through sound that is emotional, precise, and enduring.
