DJ Magič of Diggin Time from the Czech Republic is visiting Nyboe in Copenhagen and together they are doing a Diggin Time special set at Laban Wine Bar

Stop by for a healthy dose of unique breaks, library music, soundtracks, jazz-funk and much more taken from their specialized record collections and a few diggin’ trips through the record stores of Copenhagen the days leading up to the set.

Laban Artwork Series — Part 1

The moment you step into our space, you’ll notice the artwork covering the walls.
So it’s time for a little show-and-tell, starting with our favorite piece: The Dancing Poodles 🐩

Created by and , this textile artwork is inspired by the album cover of the famous Danish band that shares its name with the bar. Since Tuva is from Norway, she had never heard of them before — and her first impression was that their hairstyles made them look like poodles.

Naturally, we had to put that on the wall.

The result is an intimate listening experience that celebrates the depth, warmth, and spontaneity of vinyl culture—where selection, flow, and atmosphere remain at the heart of the night.

We love our beautiful small wine bar just outside Kødbyen. It may be slightly off the beaten path, but it’s amazing being the place where you gather before a big dinner or wind down after a long night with a drink and a great record.

THURSDAY VINYL🍷
is a brother-and-sister DJ duo from Buenos Aires. Formed by siblings Juana and Ramón with a musical connection that began in their childhood and officially launched in 2018, they quickly established themselves on the local electronic scene in their city, with a distinctive sound and stage presence.

Their sets center on house music with deep, soul and acid influences, drawing on 80s-90s electronic aesthetics to create timeless sets that balance elegance and intensity.
