Some lucky ones got to experience the perfect harmony of Belgian lambics and artisanal cheeses in this intimate tasting event. It was set in the historic Glyptotek at Carlsberg, a truly unique setting during Mikkeller Beer Week! 🧀🍺

Bofkont brought us six unique lambics, each carefully paired with a cheese from La Fruitière, creating a guided journey through flavour, balance, and tradition.
