BEHIND THE DISH.

Turbot, pigvar in Danish is often called the “ribeye of the sea” because of its firm, meaty texture.

It’s a favorite of our Executive Chef , and it has become the house fish at Marchal, always present on the menu.

With Denmark offering some of the finest turbot in the world, it’s a product we are proud to showcase in its purest form.
