Natural wine bar focused on wines from Jura. We are a wine bar founded in 2016 located in Østerbro, Copenhagen. Curious about our cellar?

We focus on wines free of chemical substances from the vineyard to the bottle. The wine list is diverse but at its core are the wines from the French region of Jura. Our small kitchen is based on seasonal and local organic produce. We also have a selection of beer, cocktails and spirits for you to enjoy in our cosy interior or outside terrace.

At Pasteur we serve juicy natural wines. Some more natural than others.

We have a wide selection of wines in our ‘by the glass’ list. However, don’t worry if you can’t find anything that suits your taste: our cellar is filled with all kinds of delicious wines. We have got hundreds of cuvées by producers from all around the world.

More specifically, at the heart of Pasteur are the wines from Jura. Some would call us enthusiasts, others would call us specialists. Labels apart, we are undoubtedly passionate about these juicy, mineral wines from local Jura grapes such as Trousseau, Ploussard, Savagnin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

To pair with all the wines we have a 3 course seasonal menu as well as some à la carte options. In our menu you will be able to find oysters, cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal dishes that are based on local organic produce.
