A final goodbye

For almost 10 years, we’ve cooked, eaten and gathered around the table, danced on the granite bar, filled the courtyard with far too many people, welcomed artists, chefs, students, lovers, night owls and wine drinkers - and made some of the wildest and most beautiful memories.

What started out as a simple idea became something we could never have quite imagined. A place where people met by chance and proximity, where art, food, music, fashion and everyday life could exist around the same table. Apollo grew, changed and found its own voice along the way. Unpretentious, a little chaotic, and very special.

It has been an honour and a privilege. Now, before we close the doors, there is still time to visit Apollo while it is still Apollo - and it would mean so much to see you.
