A wine made in such small quantities, it almost sounds like a secret...⁠

Bianco Testalonga comes from Dolceacqua in Liguria. It is made by Nino Perrino’s daughter, Ericú. Nino has been behind the last 68 vintages, always organic and never any sulfur - a true pioneer in what today is called natural wine.

The cellar is tiny. The reputation is not.⁠

Some say the whole production lives in just seven barrels. Which feels about right for a wine like this: small in volume, huge in character.⁠
