It all started with a red double-decker bus from London – and from there, things just kept growing. Today, BUSBUS has around 260 volunteers each year in our food stall in Central Park on the Roskilde Festival campsite. We serve brunch, pork belly sandwiches, crispy pork with parsley sauce, and falafel sandwiches. BRUNCH
Roskilde Festival’s biggest brunch plate is packed with everything you need to
beat that hangover. SANDWICHES – Pork belly sandwich and falafel sandwich
We make large, freshly prepared pork belly sandwiches – a true Roskilde classic. The first time we sold them was in 2012 – and they were a huge hit. Many guests called it the best sandwich at the festival, and someone even wrote a song about it. A food critic from Politiken also loved it (whether she sang along, history does not say):

Since 2024, we’ve also served delicious vegetarian falafel sandwiches. Crispy pork with parsley sauce – Denmark’s national dish
A generous plate of crispy pork, potatoes, and homemade parsley sauce. A proper meal for when you’re more than just a little hungry. In 2014, BUSBUS was visited by Denmark’s Minister for Food, Dan Jørgensen, during a news segment about food waste. Every year, BUSBUS supports this cause by donating surplus food. Today, BUSBUS is especially known for its iconic red double-decker bus – and for those pork belly sandwiches. In 2022, BUSBUS was featured in Euroman’s list of Roskilde food spots you must try when hungover:

Fun fact: BUSBUS also ran a huge VODKA bar at COPENHELL in 2012. It featured a rooftop lounge, red lights, slush machines, and plenty of Red Bull. In short – it was next-level cool.
