What we’re looking for:
A solid background in professional kitchens - at least 5 years in a professional kitchen.
A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and experimenting with new ideas.
A strong sense of teamwork and a desire to contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
The ability to thrive in a fast paced, service focused environment, as well as readiness to step up and take responsibility.
