In Mexico, Día de Mu***os is a time to remember those who are no longer with us. This year, we’re making tamales and pan de mu**to, with hot chocolate, a special seasonal cocktail and snacks to share. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking is recommended.

A savory steamed custard made with corn masa, kelp and scallop. Inspired by the Japanese chawanmushi and the comforting texture of atole, it is seasoned with Sal de Chautengo from Guerrero, Mexico, where the Lorenzo Palma family still makes salt by hand.

If you have joined us for our seasonal tasting menus before, this Sunday is a little different.

We are keeping it simple: a big, warming pork pozole, Mexico’s slow-cooked hominy and pork soup, served for sharing. A selection of small bites on the side, and churros for dessert. To go with it, a curated selection of beers, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
