Our “Apollo Classic” - Vienna Lager, 4.7 % abv

Our take on Denmark’s most popular beer style, next to Pilsner. Whereas Pilsner beer is quite focused on hops, both in bitterness and in aroma, the Classic style is more malt-forward and all about balance. It has just enough specialty malts to give it the characteristic dark copper colour and the lightly toasted, malty-biscuity taste with a hint of caramel. Czech and German noble hops add subtle floral notes and just enough bitterness to balance the malt. Our traditional slow, cold lager fermentation and maturation keeps the body of the beer light and refreshing, despite the dark colour.

Spring is pouring at Apollo.

Our Påskebryg (5.8%) is brewed for the season — a golden lager with a little extra malt, giving it more body and depth than your everyday beer.

Cold fermented, crisp and refreshing — but with just enough character to stand up to a proper Easter lunch.

🍺 BALTIC PORTER DAY – THIS SATURDAY (JANUARY 17)
Come celebrate Baltic Porter Day with us at Apollo Grill & Brew.

We’ve brewed a Baltic Porter especially for the occasion — made for the dark season, but surprisingly drinkable thanks to its cold fermentation.

Deep and complex, with roasted malt character and notes of chocolate, liquorice and coffee, balanced with Perle and Amarillo hops to keep the sweetness in check.
Black in colour, brown foam — and clocking in at a solid 7.9%.
