We are writing the next chapter of our collaboration with Schloss Johannisberg.

A few months ago, we launched Grünlack XO - sold out in no time. Renowned wine critic James Suckling called it “the best dealcoholized wine I’ve ever encountered.”

Now, Gelblack marks our next icon. Not a repetition, but a distinct interpretation: precise and purist.

On the nose, citrus zest, green apple, white peach, and herbal notes. On the palate, freshness and saline minerality. A Riesling that stands entirely on its own.
