monocouleurs Hospitality Consulting, Bartender Workshops and Staff Trainings Andreas Künster is a Berlin based Bar Consultant and freelancing Bartender.

He gives staff coachings, helps Bars, Restaurants and Clubs to open or improve their costs, efficiency and staff. He is a writer and taster for the german Mixology magazine. Succesful competitor of several Cocktail Competitions and three times nominee of the Mixology Bar Awards with several projects.
