Zero emissions. Full SPMT capability 💪

Osprey Group has completed the first known electric SPMT transport operation in the UK using an ePPU supplied by TII SCHEUERLE.

A critical component was loaded onto SPMTs inside an enclosed building, transported through a complex port environment to the berth and transferred onto a barge via RoRo – entirely under electric power.

With zero local emissions and significantly reduced noise, the ePPU enables precise transport operations wherever diesel-powered equipment faces restrictions.

A milestone for Osprey. And a real-world demonstration of how electrification is expanding the possibilities of heavy transport.
