A family story, told through six w**es.
Founded by Aldo Vaira in Vergne in 1972, G.D. Vajra is now carried forward by the next generation. On 29 October, Sophie Vaira joins us at Florio to share the w**es, places and traditions that shape this Barolo estate.

A four-course menu will accompany the selection, bringing the flavours of Florio together with the w**emaking heritage of the Langhe. 29 October 2026 at 6.30 pm
