yesterday, the full moon shined above the spice bazaar, which was breathtaking.
the moon is an integral part of our food culture: it helps us determine when to plant and harvest crops, illuminates the night sky to guide us through dark times, and the tides caused by its gravitational force allow us to fish in coastal waters.
