Wie führt man eine Bar resourcenschonend, und das in jeder Beziehung? Eine beeindruckende Antwort darauf geben Felix Wenzel und Jonathan Kesseler mit ihrem IHRO in Mannheim. Dafür verleihen wir ihnen voller Freude den MIXOLOGY Bar Award 2022 in der Kategorie »Nachhaltigkeit & Bildung«.

Für die beiden Unternehmer bedeutet Nachhaltigkeit nicht nur, einen Großteil der benötigten pflanzlichen Rohstoffe auf eigenen Feldern und Streuobstwiesen zu kultivieren, sondern auch, ihre Mitarbeiter konsequent weiterzubilden, in alle Prozesse einzubinden und ihnen Partnerschaften anzubieten. Ein einzigartiges, zukunftsfähiges Konzept und ein verdienter Preisträger der Trophäe aus dem Hause Zwiesel Glas.

Grapefruit is sweet and a little bitter, which makes it fun to play with. We love the combination with bay leaves. The light earthiness of the bay leaves fits perfectly with the flavour structure of the pink grapefruit.
