SPINDLER is a relaxed Brasserie-Restaurant
located in a beautiful old building beside the river shore in Berlin - Kreuzberg. Handcrafted furniture, selected antiques and art in combination with modern elements. The Kitchen is modern and french inspired. Our menu changes with the seasons but we keep our classics. We love food! You get finest cuisine, always in a casual atmosphere.

Tonight, our restaurant feels a little more magical. The candles are lit, the tables are set, and every corner is waiting to be discovered.

SPINDLER is dressed for Halloween, the candles are glowing and Guy’s Midnight Profiteroles are ready for you. Filled with rose mascarpone and served with raspberry coulis and raspberry sorbet, they are dark, beautiful and made especially for this weekend. 🕷️♥️

Halloween Weekend begins tonight with dinner from 18:00 and continues tomorrow and Sunday with brunch and dinner.

Catrina’s Charm ✨

For our Halloweekend, we wanted to create a drink with a story that goes beyond the usual idea of darkness and fear.

We were drawn to La Catrina and the meaning she carries within Día de los Mu***os. She does not stand for horror, but for the natural closeness of life and death. Her flowers, elegance and smiling skull bring together beauty and mortality, humour and joy. She reminds us to celebrate life while keeping those we have lost close through memory.

We love that thought. Perhaps it is precisely because life is finite that every beautiful moment matters so much.

That idea became Catrina’s Charm.

Abyme Vodka, ginger, lime and pumpkin spice syrup, finished with a silky foam made with egg white or aquafaba. 🍸

Available Friday evening and throughout the weekend for brunch and dinner. 💀🌸✨🍸

Some ingredients ask for restraint, not reinvention.

We use Yellowfin Kingfish of sashimi quality. Wonderfully fresh, clean and delicate. A fish this good does not need a crowd around it, just the right company. The sweetness and acidity of tomato and orange, a little chive oil, spring onion and freshly grated citrus zest.

It is the kind of dish we love at SPINDLER. Simple when it reaches the table, but thoughtful in every detail. Prepared fresh in our kitchen, plated by hand and best enjoyed slowly, preferably with a cold glass of w**e and someone you like across the table. 🐟🫶🏼

HALLOWEEN WEEKEND AT SPINDLER IS COMING. 🖤🐈‍⬛

Over the years, Halloween at SPINDLER has never been just another night.

We stepped into the world of the Addams Family, hosted a witches’ gathering and celebrated Día de los Mu***os. Every year, we transformed SPINDLER down to the smallest detail, from the room to the plate.

This year, the theme is Halloween itself. Dark, atmospheric and unmistakably SPINDLER.

We love dishes that look simple but have a lot behind them.

For this one, we roast the peppers, peel them by hand and leave them to marinate for 24 hours with citrus, fennel, black pepper, garlic, olive oil and vinegar.

We make the ricotta ourselves, infuse it with sage and finish the plate with fresh orange and lime zest.

Simple, fresh and made with care.
Just how we like it. 🌶️🫶🏼
