Onigiri brings my love for japanese food, im a huge fan of japanese cuisine

Into the Woods is a more complex flavor profile, slighlty Spice, woody, mysterious. Always try to use some ingredients from where i came, in this case, palo santo

In 2019 we bottled Hamburgs first Single Malt ever. Now we opened the barrels of our 2020 vintage.

Again super limited - only 2 barrels.
Again crafted 💯 - all we have inside.
Again super tasty….
But try yourself!

We also restocked 10 bottles of our 2019 vintage iron stock. No more excuse for no present ideas this year.
