Das Line-up:

🎸 Karla Jacobe eröffnet den Abend mit Klängen ihres Ultrarouge-Tapes „There must have been a great rock“ – hypnotische Akustikgitarre, getragen von Theremin, Cello und Vocals. karlajacobebauer

🎉 Aftershow-Party:

Im Anschluss geht es direkt weiter mit dem Echo Libero DJ Team (Alex Tackenberg & 56k_blurb)! 🪩 Echo Libero

❗️ CRUNCHY SWEATER ❗️

We’re super excited to welcome award-winning multi-instrumentalist Crunchy Sweater (CHENOA NWOKEDI) to the King Georg Stage for the first time!

Born and raised in Johannesburg, Crunchy blends alternative rock, afropunk, neo soul and ska into infectious hooks, sensual grooves and ethereal guitar melodies. Inspired by artists from 340Ml, Blk Jks and The Muffinz to King Krule, Nirvana and Jeff Buckley, his music moves between warmth and darkness, musing on identity, devotion and hedonism.

Joining him is Munich-based beatmaker Packed Rich (Packed Rich), who explores the intersections of hip-hop, jazz and electronic music live on his MPC1000, full of cracking samples, classic drum machine aesthetics and a raw, spontaneous energy as he builds his sound directly on stage.

And completing the trio: a very special local guest MC, announced September 30th 👀

Local hip-hop and r&b DJ Lu () will be holding it down before and after the show on the wheels of steel, Vinyl only.
