2004 a small bar in cologne opened its doors, seeing
in the Shepheard Hotel a role model for combining
tradition, high quality standards and modern innovations. Inspired by their philosophy, design and architecture
we try to combine or recreate old cocktail recipes with
new working techniques, flavors and spirits,
striving to give our guests some new, tasty experiences. But at the end of the day we promise not to forget that
