Do you remember? We had dreams, we had plans. We had joy, we worked a lot to make it possible. Like so many other freelancers we lost what we loved. Lost it totally. -
Yes, we have great memories. We have the experience to start something unusual from zero. We learned that it takes time and patience but that it is worth to try.
Creatitivy will allways be our food, our water, our air.
Future starts ever minute.
'Oblivion' is a deep word. It is an experience; it is worth to dance it again and again. However, wherever. Take care. Listen to untold stories of ..... oblivion.....
Please don't stop to dance. :=)
We will not forget you all who created this festival with us. Thank you for all these 11 years. There will be new options, new spaces, new joy, new connections.

In 3 Tagen wäre die geplante Eröffnung vom CTF 2020 gewesen. Bereits im April wurde uns dieses Festival abgesagt, damals hofften wir alle noch, dass bis zum Sommer sich die Dinge wieder normalisieren, jetzt weiß niemand mehr, wie die Zukunft aussieht. Die gesamte CTF-Grundausstattung, Bühne und Technik liegt in einem gemieteten Container, der Auszug aus dem Tangoloft hat uns schmerzlich unsere Endlichkeit vor Augen gehalten, Freundschaft und Solidarität haben diesen Prozess aber menschlicher gemacht. Viele von Euch haben schon großzügig und immer wieder gespendet, wenn Euch schöne Erinnerungen an das CTF in diesen Tagen in den Sinn kommen, würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr uns ein wenig unterstützten könntet um zumindest die bereits entstandenen Kosten diesen Jahres doch irgendwie stemmen zu können.

The CTF team wishes you new attentive scope for all your talents, wishes and needs in your everyday life. The tango is nourished by our longing and the motor that seeks and dares to move within it. A move towards each other. New. From the old roots. Rinascero!

Das CTF wird nächste Woche beim 'Urban Offline Forum 2019" in Dortmund als Beispiel einer positiven Innenstadtbelebung vorgestellt. Wir hoffen, dass wir auch andere Akteure in den Städten anregen können, den öffentlichen Raum als Bühne zu verstehen und ihn mit eigenen Ideen bürgernah zu beleben.

Mit dem Contemporary Tango Festival im Berliner Hauptbahnhof hat Andreas Rochholl ein Element zur Bespielung des öffentlichen Raumes geschaffen
