Morgane is stimulated by human, animal and vegetal energies. Combined with her spirit and her vines, her work results in wines appreciated for their vibrancy, liveliness and longetivity.

Le Troublant - Direct press of Trousseau - an elegant and mineral Blanc de noir is absolutely stunning, the 2023 Pangea is THE summer red to accompany your hot evenings on the terrace, while Paul et Serge 2023 delivers a beautiful complex drink that can be paired with many dishes.
For those interested in the ageing potential, Paul et Serge 2020 is available to drink in the shop or to take away;)

Founding his own domain in 2003, German winemaker Axel Prüfer is based in the southern French region of Languedoc. Producing vibrant reds with relatively low alcohol, Axel’s wines contain a lot of energy and express the land he works. He ferments grape juice in stainless steel, fiberglass, and sometimes old barrels, which don’t impact the taste. Come drink them or we will 😏
