has always been experimenting with merging jazz and electronic music has he did in his “Goodbye Swingtime” project were he assembled a full Big Band including four trumpets, four trombones and five saxes, whose orchestrations were then computer manipulated by Herbert.
The result is an incredibly innovative album were jazz musics blends seamlessly with dance floor vibes.

This is the reason why a party like “This is Techno Jazz” is the perfect context for one of his sets.

With a little delay, we just wanted to thank everyone who showed up last Friday night at Salon - Zur wilden Renate. The first Klangzeit edition of the year was definitely something special which make us proud of it. Amazing vibes, crazy crowd and outstanding music by our guest Temudo and our golden boys Marco Bruno, Montero and Gianmarco Silvetti. Everything was just perfect.

We are literally over to moon to have been able to spread a huge amount of love in this time so dark and complicated.

⚡️KLANGZEIT 2020 - RESIDENCY ANNOUNCEMENT⚡️

Marco Bruno’s focus as a DJ and producer is to transmit, to communicate something untouchable to the bodies on the dancefloor, to forge a whole from elements that are both corporeal and transcendental, to conjure up a sonic and emotional scene that is diverse, pure and free. Patience, determination, and charisma generated the perfect dynamism allowing him to keep alive his basic concept “mindset is oriented to versatility, to completeness” and to cross the national border performing in the most respectable European capitals.
Having recently launched his brand new label “Evighet” focused to crossover his stylistic boundaries, in the discographic background there are remarkable works for Ben Sims’s platforms: Symbolism, Hardgroove and Machine Compilation (50-track compilation selected by Ben Sims and Kirk Degiorgio). In keeping with the visceral dynamism of his own output, when not behind the controls or in front of the production gear, he is likely to be found on a dancefloor somewhere. But be sure to don’t miss him this year driving the Klangzeit spaceship.

⚡️KLANGZEIT 2020 - RESIDENCY ANNOUNCEMENT⚡️

Montero always had a strong sympathy towards the faster minimalistic sound of Techno from back in the 90s. Especially, artists like Jeff Mills, Robert Hood or Steve Rachmad had a strong impact on the development of his musical taste.
After playing in some of the most well-known clubs in Europe and releasing one track on Krill music, Montero is slowly rising and is very excited for the upcoming years.
With a record collection of more than 1000 records and countless hours searching for music, his DJ sets are always full of forgotten gems, stone-cold classics, and the best contemporary dance music.
2020 is the year of residency at Klangzeit. Always expect the unexpected.
