MIRAGE BISTROT - Food - Event - Design

Lichtdurchflutet, hell und offen – mit dem Mirage Bistrot ist eine neue gastronomische Oase im Wedding entstanden. Eine echte Erscheinung in der Wüste: fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein. Das Prinzip ist einfach - feine hausgemachte Speisen zu erschwinglichen Preisen ohne lang zu warten. Das Angebot in der Tradition der französischen Küche bietet eine umfangreiche Frühstückskarte, hausgemachte Kuchen und ein täglich frisches Mittagsangebot. Es gibt den erstklassig kakaolastigen Kaffee der Marke Oval, nachhaltige Säfte von Ostmost und frische Teesorten. Am Abend verwandelt sich das Bistrot zu einer gemütlichen Tapas-Bar. Es gibt feine französische und mediterran-arabische Köstlichkeiten, ausgewählte französische Weine aus der benachbarten L’Épicerie und traditionelle belgische Biere. Am Donnerstag werden zudem heiße Tapas aus dem Ofen serviert und am Sonntag kann man entspannt beim Brunch die Seele baumeln lassen. Live-Konzerte und Ausstellungen bereichern zudem das wechselnde kulturelle Programm. Das begrünte Bistrot, mit seiner großen Fensterfront, bietet eine einladende, luftige Atmosphäre und gibt Raum zum Energie tanken - entdecken Sie das Mirage!

The new French style bistrot is located in the centre of Wedding, Nettelbeckplatz, just off the S+U Wedding. It is exposed to light all day long and is truly in the most active corner of the fast growing neighbourhood community. The culinary concept follows the footsteps of French Gastronomy and has numerous multi cultural influences: comfort food with organic, local ingredients, freshly prepared with a touch Mediterranean Flavour. Home baked bread, croissants, cakes and pastries are all freshly made throughout the day. Opening in the spring of 2017 in Wedding by four old friends, Mirage is welcoming you for delectable breakfast and lunch during the day and smooth drinks at night. “A mirage is a naturally occurring optical phenomenon in which light rays are bent to produce a displaced image of distant objects or the sky. The word comes to English via the French mirage, from the Latin mirari, meaning "to look at, to wonder at". This is the same root as for "mirror" and "to admire". For us, Mirage is an oasis of food and water but it is also a meeting point for culture and interactive community togetherness. Enjoy a meaningful moment in a simple qualitative atmosphere.
