We are Miriam & Marcel, two siblings who opened their own small and cosy restaurant two years ago, in Prenzlauer Berg. We offer a Fusion cuisine in sharing-style, to which we love to add a perfectly paired glass of wine. We are looking for someone enthusiastic to help Miriam with
service and wine from Mai 2023!

We offer :
- Fair compensation
with good tips and a fair over-hours regulation
- 6 weeks holidays: January, August and Christmas
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays off
- Small team of 4 with a friendly atmosphere and flat hierarchy
- Diversity of tasks

New: two wines with Miriam’s favourite wine grape from the Penedes region (close to Barcelona, where Cava originates from): Xarel-lo.
🍷Pel a Pel : fermented with the skin, it pairs perfectly with our new beetroot dish 🤫
🍷Pur Xarel-lo : its name speaks for itself… pure excellence 🏆

After days of growing Koji on green peas it’s finally time to bring together the peas, roasted rice and salt brine.
Now we need to wait around 12 month’s while the Koji enzymes breaking down protein and starch to create a rich and savory taste.
