Join our international team at Grill Royal and our sister restaurant Le Petit Royal.
Available positions:
- Chef de Rang (waiter): You will manage your own section and assist our guests during their stay at the restaurant. You have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry and have initial work experience. You are communicative, resilient, flexible, reliable and an absolute team player. Direct guest contact is your strength. You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and an eye for detail.
- Chef de Partie: You have completed training as a chef in upscale gastronomy and bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. You are independent and structured, bring a lot of organizational skills and flexibility. You are guest and service oriented, ambitious and a team player. You have knowledge of HACCP and have a good quality awareness with attention to cost management.
- Commis de Rang / Runner: You have practical experience in the service of an upscale restaurant and are looking for a part-time or full-time job. You support our team in the service business with all supply and preparation work. You are communicative, resilient, flexible, reliable and an absolute team player.
- Janitor: Your responsibilities will be ensuring a clean and organized workplace at all times, careful handling of the facilities and work material, Independently executing and planning various projects, and assisting colleagues in other departments.
- Reservation employee: *German language is a must. You will be accepting reservations and responsible for preparation of offers and contracts for events and group bookings, event arrangements with our guests. As well as preparation of internal event planning until handover to the service team. You posses gastronomic education with commercial experience, negotiation and sales skills.
