Pouring on tap now: Holy Goat Brewing Skullflower!
🤍🐐🌿
A 6.4% mixed-fermentation golden sour ale with elderflower.

Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. HG aged this base beer for around four months before an addition of elderflower foraged locally in Dundee.
