An exceptionally early harvest began on September 8 and stretched over six weeks. 🤯
Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in used demi-muids, with minimal intervention.

In the glass, a beautifully poised dry Vouvray: light on its feet yet deeply complex. Already captivating in its youth, with outstanding ageing potential.

Join us at La Pecora Nera for a special evening dedicated to the rich culinary traditions of Emilia-Romagna. A four-course menu celebrating authentic flavors will be paired with vibrant Pét-Nat wines, presented in person by the producers Croci, Montesissa & Vecchio Consorzio.

The menu for the evening:
- Traditional cured meats with freshly baked tigelle
- Classic lasagna
- Cotechino with creamy mashed potatoes
- Selection of traditional biscuits

Throughout the dinner, the wine producers will guide you through their artisanal Pét-Nat wines, sharing insights into their philosophy and winemaking traditions.

An intimate and convivial evening where regional cuisine meets natural sparkling wines — we look forward to welcoming you.

The price of the menu is € 45,00 per person drinks excl. (vegetarian alternative available 🌱)
The wines of the producers will be served for this special occasion at a discounted price, both by the glass and by the bottle.
