To our beloved community:

After 3 crazy years of service we have decided to take a small long break.

Holly opened on a very difficult time, just after the 186626th wave of corona. At that time, I was 5 months pregnant and since then we have been working really hard to make this dream come true.

Us prioritising our business over anything else has taken a toll on our family and what it felt right back then - to put the business first - is no longer what our heart desires.

We are very proud of everything we've built. We hosted some memorable events and unforgettable gatherings. We met customers that became friends and friends that became family.
This will all be missed. Hosting you was a honor and brought a lot of light into some dark days.
Being around of so many fantastic people taught us a lot and we can't wait to do it all over again when we are back after our exciting travels.

We would thank all our dear guests and supporters for those AMAZING 3 years.

Our last service will on the 30th of December but we will be announcing a special date in January so we can celebrate together.

As we are planning to take a year break, we are happy to announce that Holly (the space) is now open for grabs. If you are interested or know someone that could be, get in touch.

To my beloved partner Simon - THANK YOU. This journey was only possible because it was shared with you.

Welcome to Berlin Food Week ( ) FRENCH AFFAIR !

On the menu we offer exclusively for the event an amazing Ouef Cocotte : Mushroom Duxelle - Egg - Truffle Powder - Fresh Truffles - Pâte Feuilletée paired with Côte de Bourg AOC 2016 from Château Falfas located on the Bordeaux region. A balanced blend between Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

This Sunday! Together with our friends from we open our doors for a FRENCH BISTRO DAY! Casual and fun as aways... Nice people and nice tuns.

On the menu a insane chicken cordon bleu sando on .berlin milk bread with a chicken fat mayo and our signature dry age baked camembert with homemade miso and chutney.

By the glass will be pouring their amazing French producers hand picked for the event.
