City life leaves many of us disconnected from the land and the seasons but at Hinterland we invite you to step out of the city into a refuge where you can (re)connect with the bounty of produce and beauty found in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
Hinterland is a new deli and wine bistro spotlighting producers, artisans and craftspeople who work in unison with the land. We invite you to step out of the city hustle and bustle and into a place of refuge for lunch, dinner, natural wine and Manhattan-style weekend brunches from a Landhaus-inspired venue with outdoor seating on Kreuzberg’s Gneisenaustraße.
EAT
For lunch, we serve Italian-American classic deli sandwiches reworked with local ingredients. At dinner our menu caters for anyone wanting to casually graze with a glass of wine as well as for those looking to hunker down with heartier, warmer plates.
