**A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM ROSS**
Thank you all for your love and support in my journey of my first business venture. Unfortunately, I have faced some unforseen circumstances I am now learning are quite normal for a first-timer.
I would like to thank my absolutely incredible team and all the amazing people who have helped me achieve some unthinkable landmarks in my life and professional career.
Ali Hayes. You have been my rock since the day you started working with us here at Penny Short.
This incredibly talented woman has picked and pushed me up multiple times with improving the quality that I always wanted to bring to the Berlin gastro scene.
Lorenzo (The Venician SeaHorse). My Italian twin.
You told me on your first week that you wrote the book on lazy bartending. You have shown your skills in this so well but also shown how far you will go to create perfection in your service skills and love for the art of the industry. Thank you for your caring energy and experienced touch in our gaff.
Parisa. You've made me so proud to have
had the opportunity to teach and mentor you since the day you started as one of our first team members. Thank you for being all of our support line and the most attentive host as a new industry member.
King Louis. It's been short but very sweet.
You've brought incredible friendship energy to our team with your kind manner and level of experience in the Berlin bar scene. Not forgetting the Berliner charm to a team full of auslanders.
It's with a heavy heart i say that our team will be moving on to new ventures, but we would love to have you pass by for one last drink with us this weekend.
