Originally from Romania and currently based in the Netherlands, MTPS is known for exploring abstract sounds, experimental patterns and forward-thinking minimal music. His productions combine intricate sound design with deep, rolling grooves — subtle in construction, yet highly effective on the dancefloor.
His music has gained support from some of the most respected names in the scene, including Sven Väth, Rhadoo, Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, Barac, Cap and Priku, among many other established artists.
For Take Me Home, MTPS strips the original down and rebuilds it in his own distinctive language — an intricate, rolling interpretation full of subtle details, hypnotic movement and Romanian minimal aesthetics.

Frankfurt meets Romanian minimal.
With Take Me Home, Frankfurt-based DJ and producer Bo Mikel delivers a groove-focused EP shaped for the deeper hours of the dancefloor.
Rooted in Frankfurt’s electronic music culture, Bo Mikel’s sound moves between tech-house, minimal, microhouse and dub-influenced grooves — warm basslines, subtle textures, hypnotic repetition and a strong focus on the details that keep a groove moving.
Alongside the original mix, the EP features the additional bonus track “Strangers”, showing another side of Bo Mikel’s sound while staying firmly connected to the character of the release.
