First of all, thank you for an amazing summer brunch season. The last four months have been incredible ❤️

From 01.10.2026, BASIC? is changing its opening hours for an indefinite!! period.

WE’RE STILL HERE FOR YOU EVERY DAY!

MON–THU
from 5 PM — open end

FRI–SUN
from 9 AM — open end

And yes — brunch stays.
We still think it’s one of the best in town :)

Kitchen hours stay almost the same:
Sun–Thu until 10 PM
Fri–Sat Late Night Kitchen until around 11:30 PM / midnight, depending on the night.

Why the change?

We want to give ourselves a little more time behind the scenes — to create, rethink, develop new flavours and prepare BASIC? for the winter season.

A refreshed BASIC? is coming.
New flavours, new details, same feeling.

More very soon.

And one more thing: we still have a few dates available for private events in November & December.

Birthdays, company nights, dinners or simply a good reason to celebrate.

SYRNYKY are one of the most beloved traditional Ukrainian breakfast dishes, and one of our bestsellers at BASIC?

Soft quark cakes, golden-brown on the outside, served warm with fresh berries, mint and a touch of powdered sugar.

Our syrnyky are all about tradition, warmth and authentic flavour. Perfect for breakfast or a little sweet moment in between 🤍
