🔥 Trying the viral internet sensation on my grill today! 🔥

This time I decided to make a homemade kebab using a trending online method – shaping seasoned meat into long strips, wrapping it in baking paper, and grilling it low and slow. Once unwrapped, it was sliced, grilled to perfection, and served with fresh veggies, cheese, and plenty of sauce. 🌯😋

I have to admit, the internet got this one right. Juicy, flavorful, and surprisingly close to a proper kebab-shop experience – all made at home on the grill!

Sunday weather didn’t exactly cooperate 🌧️

Summer storms rolled in, but when the plan is clear, nothing stops us – cauldron goulash was happening 🔥🍲

Today we took it to the next level. The star of the show was fresh venison – shoulder, neck, and shank – marinated a day in advance to boost the flavors. The base? Smoked bacon, a mix of white and red onions, smoked paprika, crushed tomatoes, and a rich beef stock simmered low and slow for 12 hours, finished with a touch of red wine.

To bring it all together, we added wild mushrooms and potatoes at the end, giving it that true outdoor kettle soul.

The result? Flavor, aroma, and atmosphere worth cooking in any weather.

Rain or not – this is what it’s all about 👌🔥
