Bistro Topinka

Trasa

Bistro Topinka Skvělé snídaně, křupavé topinky, naturální vína, prémiový alkohol, výběrová káva.

The concept of the bistro Topinka, which is part of the UPA project, focuses on one of the oldest articles of fine dining - a slice of toasted bread, with a view of trends and contemporary cuisine. Topinka, or toast if you like, is one of the oldest and easiest tricks on how to move ordinary bread or pastries to another dimension. Toast is always accompanied by simple and classic delicacies from cuisines around the world, taking into account the quality and seasonality of local ingredients. The menu also includes daily specials, salads, homemade desserts and / or soup. Bistro Topinka is not about food and drink, it is about experiences with delicate food, natural wines and fabulous booze. .
