Είμαστε μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση. Αγαπάμε την μπύρα! Πάντα την αγαπούσαμε, πάντα θα την αγαπάμε. Στόχος μας είναι να παράγουμε την καλύτερη δυνατόν μπύρα, χρησιμοποιώντας μόνο αγνά φυσικά συστατικά και σεβόμενοι την παραδοσιακή τέχνη της ζυθοποίησης. Always have, always will. Our goal is to brew the best beer possible, using only natural ingredients and respecting the traditional art of brewing.

Not every beer fits into one category.

Cyprus Grape Ale (Golden) is our collaboration with Tsiakkas Winery, inspired by one of Cyprus’ most beloved indigenous grape varieties — Xynisteri 🍇

By combining wild yeast naturally present on the grapes with traditional brewer’s yeast, we created a grape ale that goes beyond the boundaries of both beer and wine.

Full-bodied and elegant, it opens with aromas of citrus and white flowers, followed by a complex character and a long, lingering finish.

A beer rooted in Cyprus, crafted to be unlike anything else.

Why brew watermelon beer?🍉

At Octopus Brewery, we believe craft beer can become part of a community story 🐙

That’s why we create limited brews inspired by local festivals, traditions and the people behind them — beers that make each event even more unique and memorable.

It was an honour to share this vision with RIK TV and talk about how we brew our local craft beer here in Cyprus.

A special thank you to George Nikolettos and the municipality of Paralimni Deryneia for supporting local initiatives and meaningful collaborations.
