Fish Friday and Sunday Lunch are now fully booked this week.

We know some of you may have been hoping to pop in or make a last-minute booking, and we really are sorry if we can’t fit you in this time.

At the same time, we’re incredibly grateful for the support you continue to give Table One. It means a great deal to us to see both days so well supported.

If you were hoping to join us, please don’t leave it too late for next week — we’d hate for you to miss out again.

🎶 CALLING ALL LIVE ENTERTAINERS! 🎶

We’re putting together our Winter Entertainment Programme at Table One and we’re on the lookout for some great acts to join us.

We’re looking for singers, musicians, duos, bands and live entertainers with availability on:

THURSDAYS • SATURDAYS • SUNDAYS
from 22nd September onwards

We like our evenings to start nice and relaxed… good food, a few drinks and some great music.

But as the night goes on, we’re certainly not against seeing a few chairs pushed back and people getting up for a little dance! 💃🕺

So if you can read the room, chat to the crowd, get people smiling and know when it’s time to turn things up a notch, you could be exactly what we’re looking for.

Table One isn’t about big stages and formal shows — we like entertainers who become part of the evening and help create that friendly, relaxed atmosphere our customers enjoy.

Because we’ve got a feeling Table One should probably be involved somewhere… 😏🥂

🍽️ TUESDAY • WEDNESDAY • THURSDAY
No big occasion needed. Grab a few friends, head to the terrace, order something delicious, have a drink or two and put the world to rights. That’s a perfectly good plan in our book. 😉

🐟 FISH FRIDAY
Our beer-battered cod, chips, mushy peas, homemade tartare and lemon is back doing what it does best… tempting people away from cooking at home. 😋
And yes, our normal menu is available too.

☀️ SATURDAY
Cold drinks, good food, relaxed terrace vibes and absolutely no need to rush anywhere.
Frankly, Saturdays were made for this. 🍷🍺

🥩 SUNDAY LUNCH
And then there’s Sunday…
Beef, Pork, Chicken or a mixture of meats, all the trimmings, proper gravy and those desserts that somehow still fit even when you’re “absolutely stuffed.” 😂🍰

Basically, if your week is missing good food, a few drinks, good company and a bit of Table One time, we can certainly fix that. ❤️

📞 Bookings are advisable for Friday & Sunday — mainly because we’d rather save you a table than have to give you the sad face when we’re full.

🍽️ SUNDAY PLANS? WE’VE GOT A BETTER IDEA… 😍

Forget cooking. Forget the washing up. Forget trying to decide what to make.

Come to Table One tomorrow and let us do Sunday properly. ❤️

Think generous plates, beautifully cooked roast meats, crispy roasties, creamy mash, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire puddings, vegetables, rich gravy… and yes, you can have a mixture of meats if choosing just one feels far too difficult. 😉

And then there are the desserts…

Let’s just say it would be rude not to. 🍰😋

Whether you’re joining us for one of our favourites or simply fancy a relaxed meal from our main menu, we’ve got plenty of reasons to come and see us.

Our ever-popular beer-battered cod, chips, mushy peas, homemade tartare sauce and lemon. Simple, generous and seriously tasty.

🍽️ Sunday Lunches
Proper Sunday comfort food with generous portions, all the trimmings, rich gravy and a choice of our delicious desserts. The perfect excuse to settle in, relax and enjoy Sunday the way it should be.

🍰 Afternoon Teas
A lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends — sandwiches, savouries, homemade sweet treats, scones with jam and cream, plus tea or coffee. And there’s always the option to add a little Prosecco too. 🥂

🥗 And of course, our main menu…
Freshly prepared favourites, grills, traditional dishes, lighter choices and plenty more — all served in that relaxed Table One atmosphere where there’s no rush and you can simply enjoy good food, good company and being looked after.
