Good Morning All.
So it seems that the ownership and or running of the Pool Bar is being discussed and questioned by a lot of people.
Let me put the record straight once and for all.
The Pool Bar is run for the benefit of the owners and tenants and is owned by them. The committee, of which I am one, are responsible for making the decision as to who will run the bar and that person will take on the tenancy for a year.
Therefore at no stage is the Pool Bar a going concern for sale, or change of lease or ownership. It will remain as it is with Natalie, as the tenant running it. If this situation changes and Natalie, or the Committee decide to change, then the tenancy will be reviewed at the appropriate time.
I would like all rumours and gossip to stop please, as this is unsettling Natalie, and myself, and owners on the complex.
Please do not ask Natalie about the status of the Pool bar, now you know. If you have questions then come directly to me, and me only.
