Today we’re getting to know Graham a little better. 💙

Graham is one of those people who always seems to have his head screwed on — organised, sensible and someone you know you can rely on.

But there’s more to Graham than the practical side! From his love of travel and Disney to his plans for exploring Australia, New Zealand and French Polynesia, there’s definitely an adventurous side too. 🌍✈️

And then there’s his very firm stance on Coca-Cola… apparently there really is a difference! 😂

What an evening! We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who joined us for our Dare to Dine Evening and trusted us enough to come along for the ride. ❤️

We know that not every dish will be to everyone’s taste, and that’s exactly the point! 😉 Dare to Dine is all about stepping outside your comfort zone, challenging your taste buds, and trying ingredients you might never normally think of using in a dish — sometimes in ways you’d never expect!

It’s about curiosity, adventure, a little bit of madness, and, most importantly, having fun with food. Some dishes might surprise you, some might challenge you, and some might even become unexpected favourites! 😋

Thank you for being open-minded, embracing the unusual, and daring to try something different with us. Without adventurous diners like you, evenings like this simply wouldn’t be possible!

You might know Loz from her time at Martika’s, but how much do you actually know about her?

Originally from London, she’s now been living in Cyprus for 9 years — and has been part of the Martika’s team for 6 of those. 🇬🇧☀️🇨🇾

From her favourite holiday memory in Barbados to her love of a good steak, there are plenty of little details to discover in today’s poster. 🌴🐋

And then there’s her rather useful hidden talent… being able to interpret Martika! 😂
