In the first hand, the bar I work showed me how to be a professional and gave me the opportunity for knowledge behind mixology. In the other hand, the street of old market is actually the spot where people in Larnaca gather together and sell fruits and vegetables traditionally every weekend from the 60’s till now. In honor of all these and to attach these two words together i created and i present

you my legacy. Old Market recipe:

50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
15ml Homemade Lychee syrup
40ml Fresh pomegranate juice
15ml Fresh Lemon juice
15ml Egg-white
Spring Rosemary

Method: Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupette glass. Enjoy Responsibly.
