We are absolutely heartbroken to share this news.
In the early hours of this morning, Roots Bar was tragically destroyed by fire. Investigations are still ongoing, and we kindly ask for some time and space to reflect on this devastating event.

As many of you know, Roots began as just a seed — and with a little water, love, and community spirit, we believe it will grow once again.

Wow 🤩 once again everyone amazed us with the support they have given us since re-opening pretty much every table was taken and the bar area was full, the atmosphere was brilliant, how good were the singers absolutely amazing gimme gimme more 😂 we looking to have them back on the 6th September.

It’s a shame people booked and didn’t turn up and we had to let people down, can we ask if you booked a table and cannot make it please let us know in future so we can give the table to someone else. 🙏
