Our beautiful boutique property offers 6 exciting themed bedrooms unlike any others in Northern Cyprus. We have a nautical room, a Scottish room, Thai, and a Paris themed room to tease your imagination. We also have 2 large lounge a

reas, an open plan dining room, and a state of the art kitchen offering all the mod cons. We also offer our guests 3 spacious bathrooms/wet rooms and one en-suite wet room. Our beautiful exterior offers a 6m x 11m swimming pool, with a built in children’s pool set within a large patio. We also have an astro turf area for those that like the feel of grass beneath their toes! Furthermore our gardens are nurturing and developing succulent lemon, olive, apple, plum, pomegranate and date trees. Our wonderful Villa will ensure a perfect retreat and escape from life’s many stresses.
