Dj Cut Dem - A producer, hype man and vinyl enthusiast, active on the scene since 1995, has become synonymous with progress of hip-hop and funk in Czech Republic. His iconic funk mixtape “Cut tru mass” became an inspiration for many up and coming breakers and dj-s. Next mixtape “Cut the boom bap” brought together major rapers of eastern European scene. The trend he continued with his EP “Ain’t got the funk”
He produced and recorded albums of Renowned Czech and Slovak artists like: Pio Squad, PSH, Indy and Wich, Supercrooo, Cistychov, Miso Biely, Lyric Derby, among others… The latest being the album Mamuti by Orion and Cistychov (2024).
As a long-standing organizer and resident DJ of the legendary funk night “BANG” at Palác Akropolis (Prague).
You can currently catch him on the airwaves with his show “Funk You Too” on Color radio.
