Runy’s back on Saturday! It’s been a while, but he was busy playing round Europe. Here’s a taste from his latest .berlin set to get us in the mood for a night he curated. Namia will be tryin’ out the decks on the Main floor, while friend from Slovenia Uno Taman & Abakbeat hold the Subdeck. SOWL Weekender Takeover: Matinee
with special guest Peđa Radović

Montenegrin DJ Peđa Radović is well known in the region for his eclectic sets and for bringing a “local” prefix to electronic music. His trademark is ex-Yugoslav hits, which he has often personally rescued from obscurity. He maintains over 1,000 tracks from the Yugoslav pop and entertainment scene on his YouTube channel.

On May 16th, Runy returns to Klub 20/44 for an extended headline set shaped through psychedelic techno-house, electro, acid textures and long-form dancefloor energy, moving between obscure gems and timeless late-night records. Joining him on the main deck is Namia.

Subdeck will be held by Slovenian duo Uno Taman & Abakbeat, bringing their eclectic blend of groove-driven underground sounds.

Igor Radoševic is a DJ and producer from Belgrade, who describes his music as a combination of trance, house and 90s sounds, while his sets provide a sense of unpredictability, where the main focus is music best showcased when he can play all night long!

Get a snippet of his production, guided by diverse sounds, percussion and uncommon structures. He has releases on Haws, 39 Rec, Skylax, Snippets, Vakum, Goddezz, Commatrax, BinarySound, System 108 and many more.

SATURDAY+SUNDAY • SOWL BELGRADE TAKEOVER

Southern Soul’s unintended but much loved child, SOWL Weekender takes place in the woods of Montenegro later this month (Camp Ćuk, near Podgorica). There will be live acts and DJs, playing jazz or techno, what ever the sunset dictates!
