🌧 Today marks the official start of the rainy season, celebrating the Day of Tlaloc; the God of Rain 🌧, now known as San Isidro Labrador. 🌱

At Choco Tour Costa Rica, we are planting trees to regenerate our forest. This year, we will plant 300 endangered wood trees, providing food for birds 🦜butterflies 🦋 and monkeys 🐒 with a special focus on the River and Mountain Almond trees for the Scarlet Macaws. 🌳

Additionally, we will add 100 fruit trees, prioritizing Cacao. 🪴🍫

We don’t know if we can reverse the devastation and greed, but we will fight tooth and nail to regenerate our forest. 🌳🌿
