Just wondering what beer to brew next? Have been looking into using seaweed to make a blue beer! There is a brewery in Japan that has done this and it seems like a nerdy project perfect for a geeky head brewer!

The hard thing is finding the right mix of seaweeds that will work, when and how much to use....

Our Coffee Stout now has a name! Meet...Pot Head Coffee Stout. After initial trials we are going big and the beer is in fermenter as I write this. Will post here when we have it on tap...thanks for all your feedback on the Coffee Beer trials peeps.

We are brewing our Wuxi Peach Beer today. We will add the peaches later in the primary fermentation...we aim to have it on tap in 3-4 weeks. So mark your card peeps!
