作法: 把新鮮山竹果肉在shaker裡面倒壓出果汁，把其他的材料加進去之後加冰塊搖至均勻。
單一過濾果殼跟冰塊，需要故意保留一些山竹果肉纖維在美人魚雞尾酒杯裡面，讓客人享受更加直觀的山竹的清香味道。

It‘s Sugar Area 4th anniversary!
That little doorplate at No. 171, Jianguo Middle Road has quietly shone through 1,461 nights.

For this store anniversary, we’ve invited the owners of two bars we really admire to do guest bartending:
Starting at 9 p.m. on June 1st | Saxo (owner of Black Bamboo in Guangzhou)
Starting at 8 p.m. on June 2nd | Allen and Ash (from DRIZZLE by FOURPLAY in Taiwan)
For two nights, there‘ll be two sets of drink menus you don’t often get to try.
We‘ll make the drinks seriously, and you just come as you like.
The place isn’t big, so if it gets full, just squeeze in.
Let‘s celebrate these wonderful evenings together!

Jalapeno peppers stuffed with XO sauce and mixed with cheese
Bacon rolls
Guangzhou fermented bean curd spread on the bottom of the plate
Topped with Tajin chamoy (Mexican spicy and sour noodles)
